What data I collect
The contact form collects your name, your email, your WhatsApp number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message. Each submission also records technical data (your IP address, your browser and the page you sent it from) and the language of the page. I don't collect sensitive data.
What I use it for
I only use your data to reply to you, give you a quote and follow up with you. I never use it for advertising, and I never sell it.
Providers
Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this site and stores the messages you send through the form. It also checks each submission with its spam filter. The notifications for those messages are delivered to my Gmail inbox, so Google also processes them. Outside these providers, I share your data with no one, except when an authority requires it under the law.
Your rights
You can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) and withdraw your consent by writing to the email below. The time limits are the ones set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
